- New
This Thai whisky is the first single malt from Kamphaeng Phet. Its use of bourbon barrels has contributed to a rounded, toffee character that leads to poached pear, apricot jam, vanilla and fresh citrus.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE Vanilla cream and sweet toffee are balanced by grassy hints and sharp green apple notes. Sultana fruitiness and brown sugar develop, along with a touch of cinnamon spice.
PALATE Richer than expected, with creamy custard and crème brûlée to start, gently spiced. Orchard fruit and damp oak develop, joined by the sultanas from the nose.
FINISH Brûlée topping with apple skin, and lingering brown sugar and cinnamon.
