The present tannins remain round and well-integrated. The palate is rich, even opulent. This provides a natural sweetness around fruity aromas of citrus, honey, and jams.

TASTING NOTES
A classic expression of an 18 year old armagnac on the multifaceted nose where the initial fruit has given way to notes of prune, jam and figs, which mingle with rancio (walnuts, undergrowth, honey, toast) obtained through ageing. A complex nose which evolves with aeration. On the palate, this armagnac is rich, thanks to the rounded and subtle tannins, making for natural sweetness with notes of jam, honey and citrus fruit. Long.

The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirit 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old French Limousin oak barrels of 350 liters.
