Palo Cortado is the rarest style of Sherry that combines the dryness of Fino with the nutty and darker fruit characteristics of Oloroso. It develops when the ‘flor’ yeast layer naturally dies on a wine that was initially intended to become a Fino. Using puncheons and hogshead casks that previously held this exceptional Sherry, the spirit develops a beautifully layered character, with notes of ripe plums, dark mocha and warming cinnamon spice. We proudly present The Wood Collection at a high strength of 48% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, allowing ethe unique character to shine through.

Delicious sweet and delicate mountain cream, in which the flavor of pistachios blends with the whiteness of the cream, obtained from fresh milk from Trentino. Marzadro Alpine creams are the emblematic expression of alpine valleys. Thanks to the sweetness of its flavor and its moderate alcohol content, this liqueur is particularly suitable for a light and pleasantly delicate tasting.
