Tomatin 12Y MINI 5 CL

The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirit 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old French Limousin oak barrels of 350 liters.

Dualidad is the new single barrel by Cihuatan Rum. This single cask has been made specially for Premium Spirits. It is a 17 year old, finished in Mayan Ceiba.
The name “Dualidad” or “duality” in Spanish was inspired by the nuances in flavor profiles of Salvadoran rum, which can be achieved when Cihuatán’s heavy rums meet different styles of barrels, such as virgin oak, Mayan Ceiba, ex-bourbon, ex-cognac, ex-oloroso and ex-rivesaltes.

The apples are mixed, crushed and pressed. The apple juice is fermented right out to give cider to be distilled. Double distillation is carried out 6 months after the fermentation has taken place. The first distillation gives the "petite eau" at 30% by volume and it is the second distillation, that of the "petite eau" which gives the Calvados.
Aging: Two years minimum. In toasted 400 l (88 imperial gallon) oak barrels, 50% of which are new.

This blend with very little wood influence, displays a predominance of fruity aromas.

Don Papa Baroko rum is distilled from locally produced molasses, on the island of Negros. It is then aged for several years in American oak barrels, then blended by the cellar master to ensure consistency over the years. to ensure consistency over the years.

Matured in traditional oak casks and first fill Oloroso Sherry butts, honey and soft oak flavours develop into a hint of dark chocolate with a citrusbite before a sustained sweet and slightly dry finish.

Panda is an award-winning premium gin distilled and bottled in Belgium. It is entirely organic and is the first gin in the world to contain lychees. The delicate flavour of the lychee is complemented by other ingredients, including cherry, orange zest, basil, rosemary, Chinese star anise, juniper berries and pure water from the High Fens. The harmony between these ingredients gives Panda gin a subtle yet powerful note with delicate, refined accents.
