Don Papa Rum is the spirit of Sugarlandia. A premium aged rum from the Philippines. Created on the fertile foothills of Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. Don Papa is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from the island of Negros, Philippines. His legend was instrumental to the independence of the island during the Revolution of the 1890s. The figure of Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, though he is not the same person. Rather, Don Papa is the embodiment of the spirit of Sugarlandia.

Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic, tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild coastal forages. Cascading grapefruit and hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, 'the dew of the sea', then distilled and infused with the signature gin. The result is a zesty, fresh spirit with a hint of sea air.

A blend of rums aged between 7 and 12 years, Phraya Gold is a sweet, fruity rum that is rich, expressive and welcoming. expressive and welcoming. The rum is aged using the solera process for aging spirits, in which barrels containing older spirits are “topped off” and married with younger spirit from other barrels as the angel’s share takes its toll.
