ABK6 XO MINI

The Tomatin 12 Year Old is smooth and silky, having been matured in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and ex-Spanish Sherry casks. A rich, fruity aroma is the prelude to sweet flavours of ripe apples, pears and a subtle hint of nut before the long, pleasantly oily finish.

Long aknowledged as the Caribbean’s premier rum, continuously winning major awards over the past decade, El Dorado 15Y Special Reserve is viewed as a fine, cognac-like rum posessing the most intriguing and complex character in its class. The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirit 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old French Limousin oak barrels of 350 liters.

A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements.
