Martine and Didier craft their vintage Calvados domfrontais. To understand the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée, Calvados must contain at least 30% pears. This local product is typical of the Orne bocage, where we are fortunate to use it to transform well-ripened fruits into wonderful eaux-de-vie.
