L'El Dorado Port Mourant Uitvlugt 2010 is an aged rum that embodies the very essence of the legendary distillations of Guyana. This 2010 vintage, cask strength, is a testament to the expertise preserved by the Diamond distillery, the only one still operating in the former British Guiana. Thanks to the legendary wooden stills of Port Mourant and the columns of Uitvlugt, this rum develops a character shaped by history and tradition. Aged for 9 years in casks, it offers a rich aromatic palette.
TASTING NOTES :
NOSE: Upon opening, deep and roasted aromas immediately emerge. After a few moments of aeration, notes of roasted nuts appear, enhanced by hints of coconut, bringing a gourmet and subtly woody touch. A background of licorice and soft spices completes this intensely expressive olfactory profile.
PALATE: The attack is smooth and fluid, gradually unveiling increasing complexity. A rise in intensity occurs, giving way to roasted and woody flavors, with notes of strong coffee, melting vanilla, and coated dried fruits. The toasted woodiness provides a balanced structure, revealing a rum of great depth and harmony.
FINISH: Long and persistent, marked by spicy touches and a beautiful roundness. The oak expresses itself elegantly, with a silky, almost syrupy texture, leaving a delicately smoky trail.

The Sortilège Blueberries is a Canadian whisky liqueur with maple syrup, enhanced by the delicious flavors of the famous wild blueberries from the Lac Saint-Jean region. The result is a remarkably refined liqueur that is both fruity and slightly sweet. It is best enjoyed chilled, on ice, and its richness also lends itself to coffee and cocktails. You can also serve it on its own as the perfect conclusion to an excellent meal. Sortilège is crafted from an original recipe by the descendants of Quebec's first settlers, who brought the whisky-making techniques of the New World and added a local native ingredient, maple syrup, to create a truly unique spirit.
The apples are mixed, crushed and pressed. The apple juice is fermented right out to give cider to be distilled. Double distillation is carried out 6 months after the fermentation has taken place. The first distillation gives the "petite eau" at 30% by volume and it is the second distillation, that of the "petite eau" which gives the Calvados.

Japanese single malt whisky matured in a single Sakura cask, known for its quality. Combined with a malt aroma and the bitter taste of an unblended whisky, delicately soft and crisp notes of cherry also come through across the palate. The whisky is matured in Tottori prefecture, in a natural environment where the temperature changes considerably from one season to the next. The whisky is subtly finished with high-quality natural spring water from Mount Daisen.
