The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirit 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old French Limousin oak barrels of 350 liters.

Coloma 8 Years is an exceptional Colombian rum, rooted in the Spanish tradition. Column-distilled from two varieties of sugarcane, it undergoes 8 years of aging in American oak barrels before being refined in former coffee liqueur casks. um Cañero Finished Cognac Cask is produced following the centenary recipes from the Dominican rums that the laureate General Máximo Gómez used to relish during his campaigns in the independency war of Cuba merged with the exclusivity double aged system of these rums with Cognac Oak barrels, which provides to CAÑERO a unique personality among worldwide rums. Rum CAÑERO Finished Cognac Cask is the result of a master formula in which participate alcohols aged for more than 10 years in the Caribbean, in Bourbon casks, combined with base rums with at least 7 years of ageing, and other spirits from our cellar. This 9-year-old rum is a true homage to Jamaican expertise and the unique craftsmanship of the French brand Compagnie des Indes. From a secret distillery, it was carefully selected by Florent Beuchet, the brand’s founder. Distilled in a pot still in July 2013 from molasses, this rum first aged 20% of its time under the tropical climate of Jamaica before being transferred to Europe to continue its maturation in ex-bourbon casks. Its meticulous aging process resulted in a rum rich in esters, well-balanced, and bursting with character. Produced in a limited edition, only a single cask was bottled, yielding 379 numbered bottles. Bottled without chill filtration in March 2023.
