With roots on the Danish west coast, where grain fields and salty sea air mark the landscape, RØG unites single malt and malted rye in a clear Danish expression of smoke. With simplicity and intention as central points, Stauning RØG is made from locally grown rye and barley: 100% floor-malted at the distillery, twice distilled in our 24 small direct-fired copper pot stills, aged in American oak barrels and finished with a Madeira cask finish.
