Barbancourt 160th Anniversary Carafe 45%

To commemorate Barbancourt’s 160?? Anniversary, Rhum Barbancourt launched an exclusive, one-of a kind hand-blown crystal carafe, nestled in a wooden and leather boxset, complete with a crystal topper and a booklet of the distillery’s history. The product is a blend of the distillery’s best casks aged 17 up to 40 years old. Only 1000 units were produced. Aged in our cellars in a tropical climate, this rum has a beautiful deep amber color.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE The nose is gourmand with beautiful pastry notes of vanilla and prunes.

PALATE On the palate, the attack is supple and round. The woodiness, well integrated, brings structure and delicacy.

FINISH The finish is long and allows for the additional maturation in ex-bourbon casks to express itself.
