This distinctive single malt is a true tribute to the rich tradition of distillation, while introducing unique nuances and flavors to the world of rye whiskies.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Enchanting aromas of white peach, melting caramel, and freshly picked roses intertwine with notes of bread dough and cassia buds. These rich and complex scents perfectly prepare the palate for the tasting experience to come.

PALATE: The attack is soft and fruity with flavors of juicy cherry, ripe papaya, and creamy cocoa, followed by hints of bright lemon and caramel candies. This rich and varied flavor profile is reminiscent of whiskies aged in sherry casks, despite the absence of such casks in its maturation process.

FINISH: The finish is long and refreshing, marked by touches of lemon, sweet melon, quince, and honey. Subtle notes of wood shavings and lime linger, offering an elegant and well-balanced conclusion.
