St Etienne Extra Vieux "A la Française" 45% 70CL
The fruit of a meticulous blending work carried out by the HSE teams, this new opus was bottled in March 2026 in a very limited quantity. This double vintage 2007 and 2013 of a rare French-style elegance, comes from a selection of extra-old rums patiently aged in French oak casks guaranteeing it an extraordinary singularity and balance.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE: The refined and ample nose is characterized by gourmet notes of candied fruit, orangette (chocolate-coated candied orange peel) and blond tobacco.
PALATE: On the attack, the stewed notes of quince and dried apricot gradually give way to aromas of honey gingerbread and liquorice.
FINISH: The finish settles into a mesmerizing balance where scents of sandalwood, rare spices and candied fruit blend in unison.
