This tree plays an important role in Japanese culture, often used as a metaphor to highlight the ephemeral nature of both beauty and life. Double distilled in pot stills, then matured in Sakura casks in Tottori, in a natural environment favorable to aging. This whisky is then diluted with natural spring water from Mount Daisen.
