Vulson Rhino's Pastoral

This single malt, crafted by Fred and Jérémy from Domaine des Hautes Glaces (DHG) in Isère, is inspired by pastoral traditions where herds graze on the riches of high-altitude pastures. Produced from grains, plants, and flowers harvested during the summer of 2015, then infused in Vulson White Rhino (rye brandy), it offers a sensory experience that is both fresh and complex. A true ode to Alpine landscapes, Rhino’s Pastoral is a spirit of great elegance, perfect for enjoying neat or enhanced in cocktails.

TASTING NOTES:

NOSE: Intense herbal notes blend with floral aromas and fruity touches.

PALATE: A fresh and lively attack, dominated by peppermint and juniper, harmoniously intertwined with sweet flavors of barley malt.

FINISH: Long, persistent, and complex.
