The White Heather 15 years is a blend crafted by Billy Walker. This whisky brings together a meticulous combination of malt and grain whiskies from the Highlands, Islay, and Speyside regions. Following an initial long aging in American and Spanish oak casks, it underwent additional maturation in Pedro Ximenez Puncheon casks, new virgin American oak barrels, and ex-Oloroso Sherry puncheons, imparting unparalleled complexity and depth to this blend.
TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: The nose reveals aromas of heather honey, butterscotch, and candied orange peel. Tropical hints of pineapple blend with a mentholated freshness and a subtle touch of peat.
PALATE: The palate is opulent and well-structured. Indulgent notes of cocoa and espresso intertwine with vibrant flavors of grapefruit, fresh oak, and sweet almond. A hint of spicy ginger and light earthy peat adds an extra dimension, enhancing the richness and depth of this blend.
FINISH: The finish is medium-length, marked by lingering flavors of mocha, cocoa, and ginger with a whisper of peaty smoke that leaves a stimulating aftertaste.

White Heather 21 years is an exceptional blended Scotch whisky, crafted under the direction of Billy Walker, a true industry legend with over 50 years of expertise in whisky creation and blending. This limited edition pays tribute to the White Heather brand, passionately and meticulously revived in 2021. This premium whisky results from a rigorous selection of the finest single malts from the Speyside, Highlands, and Islay regions, combined with carefully chosen grain whiskies. With a meticulous aging process, it includes an initial maturation of 18 years in American oak and sherry casks, followed by a second maturation of three years in Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso, and Appalachian virgin oak casks.
The Tomatin 14 Year Old is soft, smooth and sweet, benefiting from its time spent in Tawny Port casks which previously held port for around 50 years. Rich but balanced aromas of red berries, sweet honey and rich toffee develop into aspects of light fruits and nuts on the palate and an abiding finish of smooth fruit salad.
NAGA SIAM Edition, through its long maturation in wood, develops complex woody aromas, blending sandalwood and roasted scents. This is followed by notes of nuts and caramel. The rum has a smooth and rounded structure, characteristic of NAGA rums. Roasted flavors emerge and support the elegant notes of nuts, vanilla, and tobacco. The finish is long, with the whole experience enhanced by very elegant woodiness.
Using only the highest quality 12 year old malt and grain whiskies from select distilleries in Scotland, and matured in the finest sherry and bourbon casks, Black Bull 12 is blended to a formula of 50% malt to 50% grain whisky, and bottled at 50% abv (100 US proof), for a full-on flavour experience which will rampage all over your senses.
