Darroze Armagnac Folle Blanche 49 %

Dive into the history of Armagnac with the Folle Blanche grape variety.
This unique spirit celebrates the historic grape variety of Gascony, the Folle Blanche, once the only grape planted before the phylloxera crisis and known as Piquepoult du pays.
The Folle Blanche is a perfect embodiment of the refinement and delicacy that this grape variety can offer, making each tasting a true sensory exploration.

Glencadam Distillery is located about half a mile outside the ancient city and former Royal Burgh of Brechin in the kingdom of Angus in the eastern Highlands of Scotland.
This pretty and immaculately maintained “boutique” distillery was established in 1825, just one year after legitimate distilling on a large scale was legalised. Since 2003, the distillery has been owned by Angus Dundee Distillers Plc

The new release has been bottled at 46% vol and packaged in a striking dark emerald colour complementing the look and feel of the Glencadam portfolio. Like all the editions in the range with age statements, the 18 years old has not been chill-filtered and no colouring has been added.
