Génesis Ambré was aged in small new oak casks 225L new oak casks before being bottled at its natural natural degree. It is therefore a brut de colonne and a brut de brut de fût. The nose is marked by fine woody notes and finely salted caramel. On the palate it is powerful but quickly gives way to a more pastry-like profile, with a finish of freshly baked choux pastry.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Dominated by the finesse of wood and notes of candied red fruits.
PALATE : Powerful, giving way to more pastry-like notes.
