This exceptional rum is the result of ancestral expertise and distillation carried out in the prestigious John Dore copper still, renowned for producing complex and aromatic rums. Fully aged in a tropical environment in the heart of Jamaica, it matured for 18 long years in charred American oak barrels. TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: The nose is powerful and captivating, revealing a bouquet of complex aromas. Initial woody notes, marked by toasted oak, blend with fruity nuances of ripe banana and candied pineapple. A delicate hint of vanilla is added, accompanied by warm spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg, creating a rich and opulent fragrance.
PALATE: The entry on the palate is intense and generous, revealing a silky and enveloping texture. Flavors of tropical fruits (mango, roasted pineapple) intertwine with notes of melted caramel and cocoa. The woodiness becomes more pronounced, supported by hints of ginger and black pepper.
