Dolin Bitter

TASTING NOTES

Created in 1861, Bitter Dolin is made from plants and spices such as bitter orange, gentian, cinchona, macerated in a mix of neutral alcohol and wine for long weeks. This bitter from Chambéry explores a whole fruity and floral register. The bitterness of its texture on the palate gradually transforms into honey.
A lighter, more subtle bitter than most of other products. It is the perfect balance between bitterness and sweetness. Great in cocktails as Negroni & Spritz, Bitter Dolin is also consumed as an aperitif, on ice, or even diluted with very cold sparkling water, with a slice of orange. This product stands out for its aromatic richness and its versatility in mixology.
