Gin Poulpe Bleu

The casks numbered 49541 and 49542 have been gracefully resting in warehouse 6 since they were filled on September 21, 1978, gently and slowly maturing the precious spirit they contain. After thirty years, the spirit was transferred into the finest Spanish first-fill Oloroso Sherry casks and was aged for an additional decade under the careful and enduring care of Tomatin distillery's custodians.

Etsu Double Orange has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as orange zest, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica and coriander. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, allowing the oils to infuse. Only after the distillation process is fresh mountain spring water added, giving this gin its fresh taste

The Finlaggan Sherry Finished is an iconic peated single malt, distilled on the legendary island of Islay. This whisky stands out for its double maturation: first aged in traditional casks, it gains additional depth through a sherry cask finish. We dove deep into the world of citrus and chose to pay homage to the three genetic ancestors of all citrus fruits, the pomelo, mandarin and citron.

The distillery, located in district 9, is the first craft distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe and each batch is distilled by hand by the master distiller using only the best ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. It is a quite extraordinary gin that contains "fresh Buddha's hand" and "lotus flower" infused in the vapor. Twelve distinct local botanicals combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The unique combination of local botanicals gives Saigon Baigur a fresh and vibrant taste.
