A 100% agave tequila with delicate silvery and golden notes, hints of cooked agave, and a subtly oak-influenced finish. Aged in American white oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
COLOUR: Amber yellow, with golden hues and highlights.
NOSE: Delicate aromas of vanilla, light notes of dried fruits, raisins, prunes, quince, orange, peach and red fruits. Soft floral fragrances intertwine harmoniously with the fruit and cooked agave. Subtle hints of chocolate, coffee, maple syrup and oak from the casks.
PALATE: Silky and creamy texture (rich and dense on the tongue and palate). Presence of gently sweet and fruity flavours: maple syrup, coffee, chocolate, vanilla, dried fruits (raisins, prunes), orange, peach, quince, as well as red fruits such as cherry and cranberry, derived from the cask ageing. The flavour of cooked agave remains persistent, accompanied by fine spicy notes (cinnamon, clove) and a subtle herbal freshness (spearmint, peppermint, chamomile).
FINISH: Long and persistent. Notes of dried fruits and red fruits become more pronounced, along with the sweet nuances brought by the oak casks, while maintaining the signature character of cooked agave.
