Pisco Barsol Quebranta 4L
BarSol is the leading Pisco brand in the world which pioneered the revival of the Pisco category in the international markets over 20 years ago.
Pisco can only be made from 8 specific grape varietals which are classified as Aromatic and Less Aromatic.
All of our grapes are grown in the Southern Valley of Ica, Peru.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE Pear, red apples, freshly cut grass complemented by notes of dried fruits and pastry, fresh cream and cocoa, all with delicate citrus notes.
TASTE Ripe pear, red apples, red grapes, citrus notes, roasted almonds, walnuts and pecans, dark chocolate, cereals, dried apricot, and ripe dark fruits.
PISCO SOUR
3 oz. BarSol Pisco Puro Quebranta
1 oz. fresh lime juice 1 oz. cane syrup
1 1/2 oz. egg white Angostura Aromatic Bitters
In a shaker, add all the ingredients except the bitters.
Dry shake for 30 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
Add 4-5 ice cubes and shake again for another 30 seconds to chill the content.
Double strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with 1 to 3 drops of Angostura Aromatic Bitters on the foam.
