Ratafia du Quercy made from 1/3 Cabernet Franc eau-de-vie and 2/3 grape must, Distilled in March 2023, Blended in September 2023, Rested and stirred for 19 months in stainless steel tanks, 16.8%, only 1400 bottles.
TASTING NOTES
COLOUR : Rose gold
NOSE : A rich, generous nose, where marmalade mingles with quince and overripe grapes. Sweet almond and dried apricot add a warm greediness, while sugar peach rounds things out with a lovely sweetness.
PALATE : The attack is fresh with bright raspberries, before turning to a lovely roundness of yellow and white fruit. Gradually, the palate moves towards drier notes, marked by dried fruit.
FINISH : A full, flavoursome finish, dominated by dried fruit and nuts, which prolongs the tasting experience in a fine balance between sweetness and structure.

Cihuatán Suerte is a limited edition rum inspired by the legend of Muwaan Mat, the Mayan god of luck. The Mayan people believed that this god shared the gift of luck through crystals. To harness it, they filtered water with quartz during a sacred ritual, then enjoyed drinks at enchanting celebrations. This bottle, with its beautiful vivid colors, catches the eye. It contains a delicious extra-aged rum, the result of column still distillation, followed by 15 to 17 years of aging in oak barrels, and finally filtered over quartz.
