Aged for over 3 years in oak barrels under the AOC Martinique designation, this aged rum develops complex and enticing aromas, the result of an exceptional terroir and ancestral know-how.
With each sip, it reveals delicate nuances of brandied cherries, roasted coffee beans, and brown sugar, making it an exceptional cuvée for elite spirits enthusiasts.

Single Cask specially bottled for the 20th anniversary of Premium-Spirits. This Single Cask was distilled in 2003 and bottled in 2023. Compagnie des Indes rums are selected with a focus on quality and tradition.

Carefully aged, this rum is the result of a unique blend of two parcel distillates, offering unparalleled complexity and richness.

This 9-year-old rum is a true homage to Jamaican expertise and the unique craftsmanship of the French brand Compagnie des Indes. From a secret distillery, it was carefully selected by Florent Beuchet, the brand’s founder. Distilled in a pot still in July 2013 from molasses, this rum first aged 20% of its time under the tropical climate of Jamaica before being transferred to Europe to continue its maturation in ex-bourbon casks. Its meticulous aging process resulted in a rum rich in esters, well-balanced, and bursting with character. Produced in a limited edition, only a single cask was bottled, yielding 379 numbered bottles. Bottled without chill filtration in March 2023.

Produced by crushing and fermenting the estate's red cane cane, GENESIS Vieux spent 4 years in French oak barrels in French oak barrels before being bottled at its natural its natural alcohol content.
