Amazonian Gin Company is a premium Distilled Gin made with extraneutral sugar cane spirit, distilled with juniper berries from Macedonia and a careful selection of fresh fruits and botanicals from the Amazon region, harvested by Amazonian farmers.

The distillery, located in district 9, is the first craft distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe and each batch is distilled by hand by the master distiller using only the best ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. It is a quite extraordinary gin that contains "fresh Buddha's hand" and "lotus flower" infused in the vapor. Twelve distinct local botanicals combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. This 9-year-old rum is a true homage to Jamaican expertise and the unique craftsmanship of the French brand Compagnie des Indes. From a secret distillery, it was carefully selected by Florent Beuchet, the brand’s founder. Distilled in a pot still in July 2013 from molasses, this rum first aged 20% of its time under the tropical climate of Jamaica before being transferred to Europe to continue its maturation in ex-bourbon casks. Its meticulous aging process resulted in a rum rich in esters, well-balanced, and bursting with character. Produced in a limited edition, only a single cask was bottled, yielding 379 numbered bottles. Bottled without chill filtration in March 2023.
