TASTING NOTES
NOSE Reveals a vibrant bouquet of crisp juniper, tangy citrus and earthy angelica, mingled with playful notes of gummy candies, salted olives and a herbaceous whisper of basil, sage and rosemary.
PALATE The palate opens soft and oily, revealing delicate notes of celery and butter biscuits. The midpalate is beautifully balanced, highlighting juniper, citrus and a blend of Mediterranean herbs: basil, rosemary and bay leaf, complemented by brackish olives and capers.
FINISH The finish lingers with the intriguing flavor of capers, a touch of creamy cashew nut and a subtle touch of sweet melon.
