|TASTING NOTES|

• Nose
Quite shy, but reveals a rather unique profle with cherry, pear and caramel, but also less common bourbon-notes like elderflower, rose water, leather.

• Palate
Sweet fruits (cherry, raspberry), it's spicy too with cinnamom and cardamom, but chilipepper dominate. Feels a bit oaky.

• Finish
Long, warm and spicy. Cherry again, honey, apple sweets, and curry spices.
