Since 1894 we have crafted our whisky at Knockdhu Distillery, situated in the village of Knock in Aberdeenshire. Gaelic for the "hill", anCnoc takes its name from Knock Hill which overlooks our distillery home. Standing tall for craft, artisanal whisky making, our Highland Single Malt Whisky is made with little automation, using the skilled craftsmanship of our people. Because that's how whisky should be made.
This Highland single malt whisky has been matured for 16 years in American oak ex-bourbon casks for a long lasting sweet vanilla and coconut finish.

Here is a rare and bold rum with the Compagnie des Indes Ecuador 7 Years Tokaji Finish, a limited edition specially bottled for Premium Spirits Belgium. This exceptional rum was aged for 7 years in the tropics before being refined in Tokaji casks. It stands out for its aromatic power and depth. When a lime dries under the sun, it turns black and develops wonderful slightlysmoky, woody, deep aromas, while retaining its zesty freshness. Yu Gin Black Lemon offers aremarkable aromatic profile: yuzu, black lemon, juniper, combined with a delicatebouquet of ginger, coriander, caraway, and cardamom, creating a truly uniquegin with rich, deep, and original aromas.

Made on Hokkaido, Japan's northernmost island, Etsu gin means "pleasure" in Japanese.

Made from ingredients some of which are only grown in Japan, Etsu offers a unique sensory journey in the land of the rising sun, between tradition and modernity.

The aging of Phraya Elements follows the tradition of maturing the distillate in American oak ex-bourbon casks, which are stored and left exposed to the open air near tranquil lagoons. A blend of aged rums, this premium-quality rum offers unique taste sensations that reflect the spirit of the "Craft of Refinement."

Often considered the preferred grape variety for aging, here we find the raw Baco Armagnac, without any artifice, identical to how it emerges from the still.

YuGin: a simple yet complex spirit, made from natural ingredients, with freshness and subtlety. Made in France, it draws its inspiration from Japanese traditions and heritage.
