The Bologna distillery is the only one that continues to plant the black cane.
This powerful and well-balanced rum is best enjoyed neat. Let it air for a few minutes in the glass and oxygenate for a good opening.
Brut de Colonne: 100% black cane.
This cuvée, distilled in a Creole copper column, is the very expression of Bologne rums' signature.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Powerful and balanced, initially voluptuous marked by fresh cane followed by a fruitier register with notes of pineapple and starfruit evolving into morello cherry and ladyfinger biscuit.
PALATE: A bold, robust, and rigorous attack, peppery with a complexity oscillating between minty freshness and notes of candied lemons, citrus, enhanced by hints of apricot jam.
FINISH: A clear and airy aromatic persistence.

The distillery, located in district 9, is the first craft distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe and each batch is distilled by hand by the master distiller using only the best ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. It is a quite extraordinary gin that contains "fresh Buddha's hand" and "lotus flower" infused in the vapor. Twelve distinct local botanicals combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The unique combination of local botanicals gives Saigon Baigur a fresh and vibrant taste.
YuGin: a simple yet complex spirit, made from natural ingredients, with freshness and subtlety. Made in France, it draws its inspiration from Japanese traditions and heritage.
Cihuatan Xaman, originating from El Paisnal, San Salvador, El Salvador, is a 16-year-old rum with 40% Alc./Vol., aged for 15 years in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, then finished for 1 year in Mayan ceiba casks. At the heart of every bottle of Cihuatán Xaman lies the Sleeping Woman, a Mayan goddess and guardian of the Cihuatán valley. Legend has it that, under the veil of the night, the Sleeping Woman would search for the brightest star in the sky. It was Xaman, the god of the North Star.
