A blend of some of the finest Islay and Speyside peated malts combined with richer, older GlenAllachie, the Lum Reek 21 years old, voted Worlds Best Blended Malt 2020, was aged in Oloroso, Virgin Oak and Red Wine casks. Non chill filtered, natural colour and bottled at 48% ABV, Billy Walker has recreated the peated whiskies of 100 years ago for the modern-day palate.

Triarach is our triple distilled, Triple Wood expression. Aged in a combination of bourbon (50%), Oloroso sherry (40%) and ruby port casks (10%), this richly complex expression showcases notes from each of the casks spectacularly. A traditional creation with modern elegance.

This liqueur is produced using various traditional methods. The cherries are first soaked in pure alcohol to extract all their flavours, then pressed and filtered.
