TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Right from the start, notes of almonds and brown sugar mingle with spiced honey and candied ginger. Orange peels, peaches, and light touches of mango add a fruity dimension. A slight vinous note brings a touch of liveliness, while vanilla and mint balance the whole.
PALATE: The palate is smooth and oily, with flavors of mango syrup, orange candies, juicy mirabelles, and baked apples. Although slightly tropical, the fruits quickly give way to drier elements like gingerbread, evolving into roasted and nutty flavors, earthy spices (a bit of nutmeg and licorice), and tobacco leaves. A honeyed sweetness lingers in the background.
FINISH: Long, smooth, and spicy, with a well-pronounced nutty dryness.
