Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin is distilled at the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, the second largest of the four main islands of the archipelago, but the second least populated. The Bladnoch 14 Year Old is aged exclusively in Oloroso Sherry casks.

A full-bodied whisky, matured in Oloroso casks, which gives it a warm and sweet sherry flavour.

In order to create this attractive presentation, the carafe is suspended in the spring from the branches of the apple tree as soon as the first little apples appear. The apple then grows inside the carafe. When the fruit becomes ripe, the carafe is removed from the tree with its apple held captive inside it.

The Kurayoshi Pure Malt is aged for over 3 years in oak casks. It has a soft and refreshing fragrance of malted barley complimented by sweet and tart notes of rum raisins, malt and vanilla. The light finish is a reminder of Tottori’s pure spring water used during distillation.
