Glencadam Origin 1825

This whisky, entirely aged in bourbon casks, reflects a perfect balance between smoothness and liveliness. Bladnoch 13YO is made from pure water from the Bladnoch River, barley grown in the United Kingdom, and aged in high-quality casks (95% first-fill). Non-chill filtered and with no added coloring, it preserves the authenticity of its flavors. Located in the Galloway region since 1817, the Bladnoch distillery is renowned for its quality-focused approach, expertise in cask management, and respect for traditions.

This deliciously fruity whisky enjoyed initial maturation in premium American oak ex-Bourbon barrels for over 8 years. Adding further complexity, the spirit was then transferred into specially elected Moscatel casks for a finishing period of over 42 months. A particularly aromatic dessert wine produced in Portugal, these Moscatel barriques offer up floral aromas, coupled with a silky-smooth mouthfeel. Delivering distinctive notes of tart fruit and rich toffee, this bronzed malt is one to be savoured.

The concluding installment in the "Five Virtues series" is dedicated to Water, paying homage to the five elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—integral in crafting the whisky. This edition is a tribute to Tomatin's exclusive spring, the Alt-na-Frith Burn, a constant water source. The whisky undergoes maturation, with half in sherry hogheads casks and the remaining half in second-fill bourbon barrels. Limited to just 6,000 bottles, this series is a testament to craftsmanship and nature's influence.

The Finlaggan Sherry Finished is an iconic peated single malt, distilled on the legendary island of Islay. This whisky stands out for its double maturation: first aged in traditional casks, it gains additional depth through a sherry cask finish. This subtle marriage between the strength of peat and the sweetness of sherry offers a unique tasting experience, rich in contrasts and complexity. Our Tullibardine 15 year old, was distilled after the reopening of the distillery in 2003.
It has been matured in first-fill bourbon casks.
