The Penderyn distillery produces award-winning single malt whiskies and spirits at the foot of the magnificent Brecon Beacons in South Wales. Madeira Penderyn is aged in old bourbon casks and then in old Madeira wine casks to give it all its character.

Xibal Gin is a drink distilled through a copper alembic, in the presence of natural botanicals such as juniper roots, pericón, fennel, coriander, and spices such as black pepper, lemon, laurel, cardamomo, pericon and orange. All under the strictest quality controls, which guarantee the highest purity.

A true flagship of the Foursquare distillery: Doorly's XO Gold is an exceptional rum, aged between six and twelve years in bourbon casks and then finished for several months in Oloroso sherry casks.

This double aging process gives this rum remarkable complexity and depth, appealing to both whiskey and cognac enthusiasts.

Botran Solera 18Y is a rum aged at high altitude in the mountains of Guatemala. It is made from a blend of rums aged between 5 and 18 years and has undergone Solera aging. The American oak barrels used for the Solera process are former Sherry and Port casks. Additionally, the aging warehouses are located at an altitude of 2,300 meters, which intensifies the aging process, thereby developing delicate aromas of vanilla, tobacco, and sandalwood.

Sortilège Crème d'érable combines Canadian whisky with delicious Quebec maple syrup and a hint of cream for a pleasant touch of sweetness and an exquisite blend of flavours.

KOVAL Dry Gin is made with a unique variety of woodland spices. Juniper and wildflowers envelop the nose, while the taste is dry—yet vibrant. The round, floral body is clean and nuanced by emerald grasses, golden citrus, and white pepper. Glendalough's Double Barrel Irish Whiskey begins its maturation process in flame charred ex Bourbon American oak. It is finished in Oloroso casks from Montilla , a small town found in the rolling hills of the Spanish countryside. Glendalough choose the bodega, the liquid, the casks and the cooper in this region of Spain to deliver a terroir driven sense of this land , encapsulated in the liquid when we put our whiskey in these slow toasted casks for aging. These specially selected casks combined with expert liquid finishing, deliver a rich and complex flavour to our Double Barrel Irish Whiskey.
