An expressive rum, enjoyable neat or in cocktails, Latino comes from Destilería Sofa, the oldest family-owned distillery in Venezuela. Made from molasses and column-distilled, it has been aged for 4 years in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels under a tropical climate.

Rum Cañero Sherry Cream Cask Finish is produced following the centenary recipes from the Dominican rums that the laureate General Máximo Gómez used to relish during his campaigns in the independency war of Cuba merged with the exclusivity double aged system of these rums with Sherry barrels which provides to CAÑERO a unique sweetness and complexity.

Pure, La Gauloise jaune is enjoyed just as well in a cup still warm after coffee as it is chilled or even frozen in the freezer. Its character also makes it the perfect partner for many cocktail recipes, not to mention its use in gastronomy by renowned chefs.

Zaya is a premium, dark aged rum sourced from the islands of the Caribbean. Purposely crafted with a blend of aged rums, to achieve a seductive nose of baked fruit and spiced vanilla and a smooth palate of caramel and toasted oak. Deep amber in color, the finish is profound and touched with just a hint of smoke.

Mid-palate, there is a pepper-like warmth from the emerging cardamom and juniper. • FinaleAs the cardamom continues to bloom across the palate mint-like components further emerge. The cassia and other warm spice notes become prominent on the finish. The cassia in particular lingers, encouraging another sip.
