The Doorly's 12 years, an iconic product of the Foursquare distillery in Barbados, embodies the art of rum distillation and blending. This exceptional rum is the result of careful twelve-year maturation in the tropics, in barrels that previously contained Kentucky bourbon and Madeira.

Aged for 3 years in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, then refined for 6 months in Rioja barrels toasted at high temperatures and an additional 3 months in intensely charred Islay whisky oak barrels, this rum reveals a complexity that surprises and delights. With its peated notes (a first in the Don Papa universe) and its rich, indulgent bouquet, it invites discerning connoisseurs to a unique and intriguing experience.

Rum Cañero Sauternes Cask Finish is double aged after the blend in white oak casks used to age sweet wine for the region of Sauternes, France. After spending around 9 months in these barrels, the rum mixes its character with notes of the Sauternes wine sweetness, becoming a very drinkable spirit, appropriate for newcomers and connoisseurs.

Tullibardine The Murray 2008 Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a limited edition single malt whisky from the Marquess Collection. Distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2024, this whisky is limited to only 15,720 bottles worldwide. This unique single malt has been finished in Châteauneuf-du-Pape red wine casks, one of France's most renowned crus, enhancing its character with rich and complex aromas.
