Notably, he was awarded the title of Coq d’Or in the Guide des Gourmands at the age of 91 in 1991. Roger, Isidore's son, continued the tradition of expertise when he took over the family torch. He never stopped supporting his father throughout his life until the succession. Driven by passion, Roger devoted all his heart and soul to crafting cider-based products and lovingly preserved these Domfrontais Calvados in oak barrels. Instinctively, this deep passion was passed down over time to Didier, his son, with the unwavering support of Martine, Didier's wife.
