All of these elements can be found in the art of Murray Robertson, who explores the historic geology of Scotland and links it to the fauna, flora and all that forms the land, its people, produce and of course whisky.

An Islay Single Malt with lots of character from the sea and grassy peat land. Amber wood and chimney lum after a peat fire . Pale from a second fill bourbon barrel in American Oak. For those who like an elegant peat, oily, seaweed and grassy.

After 10 years in contact with the oak, Armagnac starts to take on the aromas of ageing.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: A vibrant bouquet of fresh citrus with delicate floral notes. Juniper, distinctly present, blends with subtle spicy touches and a slight hint of cardamom.

PALATE: The attack is smooth and complex, marked by a slight sweetness balanced by lemon and juniper flavors. Spices, including Saigon cinnamon, bring fine depth with a crisp, zesty kick in the background.

FINISH: Medium in length, the finish is marked by crisp, clean citrus touches, supported by a balanced dryness and light earthy notes, leaving a lingering spicy impression.

Many years ago, they filled new make Finlaggan into Rioja Red Wine Hogsheads. Coming from the Rioja region within the Basque country of Spain, these Hogsheads have given the signature heavily peated Finlaggan an extra layer of rich mouth coating red berried fruit flavours. The result is a truly mouthwatering sweet and smoky dram to savour. The extrac-tion from the oak casks has given this whisky a beautifully rich natural coppery rose gold colour.

The Doorly's 12 years, an iconic product of the Foursquare distillery in Barbados, embodies the art of rum distillation and blending. This exceptional rum is the result of careful twelve-year maturation in the tropics, in barrels that previously contained Kentucky bourbon and Madeira.
This double distillation, using both pot still and column still, gives this rum unmatched aromatic complexity and finesse.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Warm and elegant, it expresses itself distinctively on notes of vanilla, tobacco, and sandalwood.

PALATE: Tannic, woody palate, with nuances of flambéed banana and a long, persistent finish.

FINISH: Long and persistent. Highly aromatic until the end.
