It is therefore both a column still rum and a cask strength rum. Its time in the barrel will bring finesse and elegance to the tasting experience.
NOTES DE DEGUSTATION :
NEZ: First notes of tangy apple and cane sugar.
BOUCHE: Powerful, rich, and enveloping. Notes of fresh caramel and a hint of Timut pepper can be detected.
FINALE: Slightly tannic, it continues with a medley of pear, peach, and mirabelle plum.
