With this 4th cuvée, HSE continues its exploration of the exceptional qualities of its single-parcel white rum from the 2016 harvest, “Canne d’Or”, variety R 570. A maturation of over 4 years in carefully selected American white oak casks brings finesse and complexity to this rum.
TASTING NOTES
The refined and highly delicate nose reveals aromas of fig, blond tobacco and aged leather. The elegant, silky palate opens with notes of quince jam, citrus zest and mocha, enhanced by delicate oak nuances and hints of liquorice.
