This official Collector's Edition contains whiskies which have been fully matured in First Fill Bourbon, Virgin Oak, Muscat and Manuka Honey Casks, creating a whisky that evokes the true spirit of Middle Earth.

The definition of Alchemy is " a magical process of creation and combination". Here we have combined some of our oldest whiskies, which have been fully matured in 6 cask types ( Pedro Ximenez Sherry butts and hogsheads, Light and medium toasted Virgin American Oak barrels, and ruby and tawny port barriques). This is our boldest and richest release yet.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE Burst of fresh pomelo, calamansi and dalandan zest, rounded by juniper berries.

PALATE Development of sweet and silky citrus with complex and earthy nuances of alpinia, ginger, and fresh pepper spices.

FINISH Crisp and refreshing, lit up by a pleasant, lingering warmth.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: The refined and ample nose is characterized by gourmet notes of candied fruit, orangette (chocolate-coated candied orange peel) and blond tobacco.

PALATE: On the attack, the stewed notes of quince and dried apricot gradually give way to aromas of honey gingerbread and liquorice.

FINISH: The finish settles into a mesmerizing balance where scents of sandalwood, rare spices and candied fruit blend in unison.
