BARSOL Pisco is produced in the Bodega San Isidro. All grapes used for BARSOL Pisco are grown on proprietary premises surrounding the Bodega. The Bodega can rely upon nearly 100 years of experience in the production of high quality pisco.
BARSOL Selecto Acholado pisco has a great mixability and works in cocktails like Pisco Sour, Capitán, Chilcano or any modern pisco drink creation.

Due to its superb quality, BARSOL Selecto Acholado has received many awards in multiple competitions in Peru and around the world. It is a pisco of great harmony, balance and brilliancy.

Aged in 1st-fill ex-bourbon casks, then for a time in 500-litre Spanish Sherry casks, which give it its hazelnut-brown color.

Tequila Villa Lobos is the result of a friendship and closecollaboration between the Camarena and Sklar families.The agave used for Villa Lobos is harvested by agaverosfrom the Camarena Family plantations in Los Altos, thecelebrated Arandas highlands, thus ensuring only thesweetest & most mature are used. Chopin Rye Organic is crafted from a heritage rye variety called Dankowskie Ruben, sourced from just one local farm near our distillery. It is hand-crafted in small batches, following traditional distilling techniques and strict requirements for ecological processing, and is blended with natural spring water from our own well on property. The spirit is then rested for six months to bring out its full flavor before bottling.

Merlet C² Citron & Cognac calls on Merlet’s expertise as both distillers and liqueur-makers, and plays on the natural affinities between cognac and citruses – in this case, lemon and lime.
