The Villa Lobos Reposado Tequila embodies Mexican artisanal excellence, born from a collaboration between the Camarena and Sklar families, two iconic figures in the tequila world. Crafted from agave plants from the highlands of Arandas, in the Los Altos region, this tequila captures the sweetness and maturity of carefully selected agaves. Aged for 11 months in American oak barrels, the Reposado tequila reveals a depth of aroma and an elegance that will captivate enthusiasts. Each bottle, hand-numbered and signed, reflects the meticulous attention given to every step of its production. Chopin Rye Organic is made from a heritage rye variety called Dankowskie Ruben, sourced from a single local farm near our distillery. It is handcrafted in small batches, following traditional distillation techniques and strict requirements for eco-friendly processing, and is blended with natural spring water from our own well on the property. The spirit is then rested for six months to bring out its full flavor before bottling.

Aged in 1st-fill ex-bourbon casks, then for a time in 500-litre Spanish Sherry casks, which give it its hazelnut-brown color.
