This cuvée, created by rum specialist Peter Holland, is designed for cocktails, but could also be enjoyed on its own. This white rum is a blend of unaged Martinique rums and a Jamaican 4-year-old, which adds depth and complexity to the whole. It's a beautiful union, symbolically represented on the label by Martinique's white snake alongside Jamaica's national flower.

An exotic pineapple fragrance on opening, followed by scents of fresh grass (which give this rum its name), watermelon and pear.
Palate
The aromas on the nose are confirmed on the palate, magnified by the harmony of woody, vanilla and caramel notes.
Finish
A finish that opens with flavours of ginger.
