Designed by rum expert Thomas Holland to serve as the ideal base for a cocktail, but could also be enjoyed on its own. It is a blend of rums from Guyana and Jamaica, an original combination that is beautifully represented on the bottle's hand-drawn label, which features the national flowers of both countries side by side.

In order to create this attractive presentation, the carafe is suspended in the spring from the branches of the apple tree as soon as the first little apples appear. The apple then grows inside the carafe. When the fruit becomes ripe, the carafe is removed from the tree with its apple held captive inside it.
