The distillery, located in district 9, is the first artisan distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe, and each batch is hand-distilled by the master distiller using only the finest ingredients. Produced in the heart of Reunion Island, this traditional old rum is blended from a dozen oak casks of a dozen oak barrels from the Limousin and Allier regions.
