This 7-year-old Irish Single Malt whiskey from Glendalough in Wicklow was matured in American Bourbon barrels and finished in Japanese Mizunara barrels from Hokkaido, in the volcanic north of Japan. The Mizunara barrels were custom-made for this project by skilled coopers in Japan. The exceptional combination of Irish whiskey in Japanese wood barrels makes it a very interesting whiskey.

Finished in Californian red wine and ex bourbon casks, Bladnoch Samsara Single Malt is luscious, full bodied and fragrant, with a rich, lingering core.

The Tomatin distillery presents a remarkable edition of its Sherry collection, highlighting the unique influence of Palo Cortado casks on its 15-year-old Single Malt. Distilled in 2008 and carefully aged, this whisky explores the richness and complexity brought by the dry and salty sherry to the Scottish elixir.
