TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: Overripe apples and notes of apple snow intertwine with pear candies, a floral hint of lavender, and the indulgent aromas of orange blossom honey. There are also hints of lemon sorbet, frangipane, and white chocolate, complemented by a touch of barley sugar and soft smoke. A true floral bouquet unfolds: rose, hyacinth, honeysuckle, and geranium add to this sensory explosion.
PALATE: The texture is velvety and enveloping. Flavors of warm croissants drizzled with honey and various jams (damson, sloe) evolve into notes of red and tropical fruits: strawberries, oranges, mangoes, and coconut.
