Penderyn Legend constitutes the ideal introduction to the first Welsh whisky distillery. Fully matured in bourbon casks, this single malt spent a few additional months in Madeira casks, giving it sweet and fruity notes. The red dragon, featured in many folk tales, also appears on the national flag of Wales. Nestled near the Brecon Beacons National Park, Penderyn's single malts derive their gentle and subtle character from the combination of a unique distillation technique using bespoke Faraday stills and a distinctive maturation art, the result of Dr. Jim Swan’s expertise and carried on since 2018 by master distiller Aista Phillips.

Myth is a single malt whisky finished in a range of specially selected ex-bourbon and rejuvenated oak casks., bottled at 40% abv. (43% in the USA)

Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements.

The aging of Phraya Elements follows the tradition of maturing the distillate in American oak ex-bourbon casks, which are stored and left exposed to the open air near tranquil lagoons. Etsu Ocean is a limited edition distilled with water drawn from the depths of the Pacific Ocean.

This Japanese gin has undergone a maceration process with botanicals such as juniper berries, bitter orange zest, licorice root, angelica and coriander to produce this unique gin.

Made on Hokkaido, Japan's northernmost island, Etsu gin means "pleasure" in Japanese.

Made from ingredients some of which are only grown in Japan, Etsu offers a unique sensory journey in the land of the rising sun, between tradition and modernity.
