TASTING NOTES
COLOUR: Bright, clear robe, light and smooth texture
NOSE: Bouquet of zest and juniper, slightly woody notes
PALATE: Great freshness giving way to both fresh, deep, and powerful notes of black lemon, smoky and woody accents well blended with fresh yuzu zest. Spicier finish, nice length in the mouth where coriander and ginger stand out.
