Cihuatán Alux is a limited edition rum inspired by the Mayan Legend of the Aluxes, guardian gods of the land. According to Mayan lore, these gods lived in maize and cacao fields, as these were regarder as the most sacred gifts of the earth. At the beginning of every harvest season, the Maya would hold an enchanting feast full of rich treats of chocolate and corn in gratitude to the Aluxes. Now as our gift for these guardian gods, our Master Blender has crafted this rum with notes of Mayan atole, cashew nuts, ginger, cinnamon sticks, roasted corn and chocolate mousse.

Coloma 15 Years is a rum that embodies Colombian craftsmanship through a unique aging process. Distilled from sugarcane molasses, this rum ages for 15 years in American oak barrels before undergoing a finishing period of 3 to 5 months in casks that previously held Coloma coffee liqueur. This process imparts a rich aromatic profile, enhancing indulgent notes of chocolate, spices, and coffee. Etsu is one of the first Japanese gins on the market. Etsu means "PLEASURE" in Japanese. This gin was developed by the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, following the story of an ancestral Asian recipe that requires various herbs, spices, and citrus fruits, some of which can only be found in Asia (berries, peppers, citrus fruits...). The distinctive feature of Etsu gin lies in the persistent presence of orange and yuzu peels, the latter being a yellow citrus fruit very popular in Asia.
